There's no deposit — nothing is charged when you book or even when I approve your session. If you pay by card, it's just saved on file; the full amount is charged once, on the day of your shoot. Prefer cash, check, or Venmo instead? That works too, same timing.

You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your shoot starts. Inside 24 hours, or if you don't show up, a fee of 50% of your booking total applies. If it's weather, I'll decide when it's too bad to shoot, and we'll reschedule with no fee for either of us.

I won't just leave you hanging. If a time doesn't work on my end, I'll reach out with a few reschedule options so we can still land on a date that works for both of us.

It's photo and video that shows people who you really are before they ever reach out — your space, how you work, what a day with your business actually looks like. By the time someone lands on your website or scrolls your feed, they already trust you a little.

Yes, FAA Part 107 licensed — so aerial footage is captured legally and safely, not just off someone's back patio.

Showing off a property, a job site, a venue, or a location — basically anywhere a different angle tells the story better than a photo from the ground.

Weather and airspace restrictions are real, and I won't fly if it's not safe or legal. If something's off-limits for your shoot, I'll tell you ahead of time — not the day of.

Through your own online gallery — download everything, share it, keep it forever. No apps to install, no login to lose track of.

Yes — you'll get usage rights for personal or business use, spelled out in your contract before we ever pick up a camera. One thing to note: you're not able to edit or alter the photos or videos yourself — what you receive is the final version. If something needs to change or isn't sitting right with you, just ask — I'll make it right.

Yep — I'm based here in East Tennessee and go wherever the shoot takes us. Anywhere past a 25-mile radius runs $0.725/mile, added to your total automatically when you book.
